We have 4 set ups for Christmas Mini Sessions 2019:

- Vintage Fireplace and Toys (dark, rustic)
- Christmassy Bed (white/cream bed with red/green accessories)
- Santa's Mail Box in wintery scene (white, snow)
- Plain Dark Background (brown, rustic)

First 3 set ups are suitable for small children and older siblings.
Plain background is suitable for the whole family.

- Only one family per session
- Session time 30 minutes
- Viewing of your images via online gallery
- £65 due upon booking includes 3 HR digital images via download
- You can upgrade to 10 HR digital images at extra £95 (optional)
- Prints, wall art, albums, mini albums available (optional, please inquire)
- Outfits are not provided

TERMS & CONDITIONS (must be read before booking)

Late or missed sessions:
If you are late for your 30 minutes session unfortunately your session time will be cut off accordingly as we have other families booked during the day. If you missed your time it is unlikely we can rearrange you for any later time.

Age:
From 3 months to 99 years. Please note that due to safety babies who do not sit yet will be limited to one bed set up only unless held in parents arms.

Sickness:
If you or your child is unwell on the day or has been unwell in the last 48 hours or have had a flu spray in the last 5 days please contact us asap. Please note that we CANNOT have any ill children or parents in the studio and kindly ask you NOT TO RISK the health of other adults, babies and newborns that come to our studio. If this condition is ignored and breached we retain all rights to refuse your session on the day without any refund given.

Footwear:
Due to current weather conditions we require all visitors to wear slippers or overshoes in the studio (provided). If you wish to wear shoes for the images please bring them with you and change into them in the studio. Wet and muddy footwear will not be accepted on the backdrops or in the studio.

Nap and Feeding Times:
Please make sure that younger children had their nap and were fed before their session so that they are happy during the shoot time. Please have extra water as small babies may be thirstier than usual.

Teething:
If your baby is teething and might be unhappy because of that please make sure you give any medicine or anything else what you would normally use to relieve their pain for the time of the session.

Nappies and Potty Training
Please make sure that small children wear fresh nappies (they look nicer in the images when they are smaller!), that their nappies are comfortable and do not leak. Those children who are not fully potty trained yet shall also wear nappies, pull ups or other alternatives for the session as we cannot accommodate to have the backgrounds and set ups be changed on the day and/or sanitised for the next customer. They are also super pricey and any damage should be reimbursed accordingly if this condition is ignored.

Editing:
Turnaround is 5 working days after the day of full payment received. If you wish to upgrade but delay to pay for your upgrade no images will be edited until you do so or until you confirm you do not want to go ahead with your upgrade any longer.

Makeup, Hair, etc.
Only certain creative editing is done to the images and no individual requirements will be accommodated. Please make sure your children arrive to the studio looking exactly as you want them in the images (faces clean of any snacks, nails cut and clean, etc). Please also arrange your hair, make up and nails done if needed as this will not be Photoshopped.

Format:
The HR digital files provided are carefully selected and edited professionally at high standard. As per above they are 3 HR digital images with an option to upgrade to 10. The images are JPEGs, no other RAW (unedited) files will be available for viewing or downloading. The client shall trust that the photographer will provide a good choice of the best shots and that we do not keep any gems hidden from the customer other than provided.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of the mini sessions the session fee is not refundable and your time cannot be rescheduled to another day. By booking your time we secure it for you only and turn other clients down.

Copyright:
Online gallery is for viewing images only. All images belong to Dream Artsy Photography and are covered under Copyright Act. This applies to the images used on social media or other online platforms too. Under no circumstances you should copy, screen shot, download, crop, remove the watermark or edit/filter images in any way, shape or form. Legal action may be taken against people breaching the copyright law.

Printing via 3rd parties:
Dream Artsy Photography cannot guarantee the quality or accept any responsibility for your prints or wall art if you decide to use any 3rd party printers and you should do so at your own risk. The images provided are HR, fully edited and ready to print however due to poor downloads/uploads, certain sizes and cropping, also different lab calibrations the images may loose quality, colours or result in unflattering crop. We strongly advise to print via us so we can take care of all the above and you could enjoy professional prints, albums or wall art.
